Paper Submission Process

The ETC2027 paper submission process is designed to be structured, transparent, and author-friendly, guiding contributors from initial manuscript preparation through to final publication. Authors begin by preparing their paper in accordance with conference guidelines and formatting it using the official IEEE two-column template. Submissions are then completed through the conference management system, where authors upload their manuscript, provide metadata, and select the most relevant track. 

Each paper undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring that all submissions are evaluated fairly and against high standards of originality, technical quality, and relevance.

Following the review stage, authors may be invited to revise their work in line with reviewer feedback before submitting a final camera-ready version that complies with IEEE Xplore requirements. To secure inclusion in the conference proceedings, at least one author must complete registration under an appropriate category, such as Paper Publication Only (PPO) or Active Publishing Attendee (APA). This end-to-end process ensures both academic integrity and a high-quality publication outcome, aligning with the standards expected of conferences associated with IEEE.
